So, I was able to snag a 7pm dinner at Tusker House, which beats the 3pm and 4:35pm ressies I had. But, ROL is at 6:30pm on the night, so will we make our 7pm reservation? Anyone have a similar experience?

Wow, I don't see how! You should arrive at the ADR 15 min. ahead of time. But, even disregarding that, I don't see how you could make it through all the throngs of people exiting. It lasts approx. 15 min. JMO
How fast can you walk? Although you should ideally arrive at the ADR 15 min. ahead, I actually think you will be okay arriving any time ahead of 7. Despite the crowds, I think you can do it, if you plan your route ahead of time, and skirt around the slowly moving people (but politely).
Yes, you'll be fine. We saw an 8:45 pm ROL and had a pass for FOP at 9:25. Even with throngs, we were able to eat some popcorn, see the tree and make it to FOP with 5 minutes to spare. You do not need to be 15 minutes early for an ADR
I am waiting for the ROL dining packages to be released for December (and it's driving me nuts), but I have a non-ROL ADR just in case I do not get one.
Don't see why not. We had a 8:45pm ROL. Left at 9pm, meandering out, stopping to hunt for our stroller (took a while!), stopped at a store to grab some chocolate, and then stopped at Starbucks. Still made it all the way to Flight of Passage by 9:26pm (did not want to get there too early as I figured there would be a mad rush right after ROL).
15 mins should be plenty of time to walk with a purpose to Tusker House.
