I received an e-mail from Ritz saying they were closing all stores in a few weeks, some will be reopening in Nov under new ownership. I figured I should use my Ritz photo print card in case my store doesn't reopen or honor my card if one does open. Come to find out, the closest store I can do 'in store pickup' is in Ct! I guess they closed our local store already. I spent and hour navigating their always super slow photo site, getting photos in my cart now I can either pay for shipping, or wait and hope a store reopens and honors the card. I didn't do a lot of business in the store except for prints. I will miss it for that

I have a $20 gift card for them. It would hardly pay for their over inflated shipping prices. I will just throw it out. Waste of a business in my opinion. Even in ther good days, they were so overpriced, they weren't worth it.

I called the store, they are honoring the print cards until Thurs and will be open for a few more weeks. Our store wasn't bought by the new owners so it looks like the closest actual camera store to me is going to be Hunts in Manchester. I am used to having everything so close here, Manchester is way out of my loop. Looks like I will have to find another place to get quality prints.

I was pretty dissappointed when the Manchester Ritz closed a this summer. Never tried Hunt's prints. Went back to ordering prints from MPIX online.

There was a mad rush in the Salem store yesterday with people trying to use up print cards and gift cards. One lady had just been to the Manchester, Derry and Nashua stores, all closed. Salem should be open for a few more weeks, so they say. I have my photos stored on Smugmug. I may try their prints.

I bought my D3100 from a Ritz store in our local mall a few months ago. I tried to call them a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a lens in stock, only to find out all of the stores in our area were closed.

I got the same email and check their prices and their still way overpriced. They say 20-40% off but it looks like the prices are higher than a normal price. I'm staying away.

I found out today that the Ritz in my town was bought by Cardinal Camera.
