Rise - single rider available at early entry? And child swap questions

We are a party of 2 adults and 1 kid who are planning on using child swap for RotR. We are staying on site (eligible for early entry) but due to last minute nature of the trip, LL will likely be sold out.

Is single rider only offered sporadically for RotR so if we rope drop it for early entry, we should plan on using regular standby + child swap instead?

My thought is that if single rider line is available at early entry, then one adult can use single rider line while the other takes kid to ride MMRR and then the other adult can go through single rider line for RotR as well. But if it's only sporadically available, then we all need to go to RotR first, tell the cast member we want to child swap, one adult go through RotR standby line...can the other adult then leave with child to do MMRR???...and then other adult can child swap to ride RotR? Am I misunderstanding the childswap process?

Did single rider for rise this morning and it was not available right at park open. It probably opened up around 9:30-9:45 or so today. Can’t speak to the child swap availability as we’ve never done that with our kids.

Is ROTR single rider going pretty consistently throughout the day once it opens though? And how short of a wait has it been compared to standby?
