RIP Tour ... Tip your guide?

It is customary to tip your RIP Tour guide at the end of the evening?

If so, how much do you generally leave? (per person)

Edited to add....I'm asking specifically about the public RIP tour, not the private one.

We take the private and for us we tip $25 per person. I believe everyone in our group tips too. Plus in our private tour one of us buys the guide dinner and such too.


The unmasking tour we tipped $10 per person and we were the only ones in our group that did that for the unmasking.

I believe in 2007, it became a tipped position

All tours are tipped

Nah.........its one way .......we much prefer having EP and going multiple nights a few hours at a time......don't want to spend all that time on one night doing houses............much more easy in the old legs for me.......

Very true. I just don't have the time to do multiple nights, lol. Would rather have multiple trips.

Not so easy when you have a 10 hour flight to organise...........weekend trips are not an option for us unfortunately..........
