This guy is one of the giants of music, his health had been declining for a long time. So sad to see a guy who had all that fantastic music flow out him to have to endure what he went through.

Not a good week for 82 yr. old musicians, Sly was also 82.

Sad to hear. Always liked the sound of the Beach Boys’ beautiful music and harmonies. Was lucky to attend a couple of concerts years ago when Brian and Carl were both on stage.

It was a commercial flop at the time (Pet Sounds) but the Fab Four saw it for what it was and ran with it. As you said, SPHCB, was the result.
