Why is it always busy?
We rang from 6:15 till 10pm lastnight and was on hold around 45 minutes each time.

This is our last ditch attempt to get Martyns Mother and Father and Charlie who is 9 to come on holiday with us they are finding it very hard to get flights from manchester around the 21st and his mum has now gave up, which isnt a good thing to tell a 9year old who was going on a holiday of a lifetime.

Is TCD always busy?
There website won't give holiday quotes it is telling you to ring a number, so that one is out of the frame.

l don't think its normal its probaly something to do with the Daily Mail offer. l have rung in the past and had no problems.

I tried calling TCD customer services in Blackpool today - gave up after 30 minutes. I guess it might be the Daily Mail offer - I've not had that many problems in the past.

If you have problems with TCD, then write to them. You won't get the response you want by phone and it is very frustrating.

They have always answered my letters within 5 days and it is a written record if things were to go wrong....

Try teletext. As you go through their pages you will find different numbers. Can't remember them off the top of my head!
