in case anyone is interested, a kind disney fan is streaming live video of the fireworks from the poly beach tonight. it's actually already up now. i'm not sure if i'm allowed to post the link here so just PM me and i'll give it to you. i won't be able to see them this year because we will be at a party tonight but i watched them last year and they are unbelievable!

I love all of these updates...its like an appetizer before the main course. Did you see all the people lining the ropes for the parade? And that was just the afternoon parade! Wowza. Glad they're getting around and having a fun time!!!

I wish I was - I was thinking the same thing. Cool Springs is nice, but if you don't live there is just seems so hard to get to. I got an email from Disney Store saying it will close on or before Jan 23rd. I imagine they will have great sales. I wonder if a Hippo meet is possible before it closes? I missed the first one since we were moving that weekend, but would love to meet everyone.

I used to live in Franklin (and work at that Disney store actually ), but we are east of the airport now and I do get down there quite a bit to eat with mom or visit family. So I'm always in Cool Spgs, but I never seem to go in the actual mall. There's so much stuff down there I'm in all the other stores . Now I might just have to take a trip in there if I have the itch! Plus my FAVORITE (NY&C) store to shop at is right across the way

A hippo-meet would be fun if we could work it out!

hey, everyone! i texted memom a little while ago and told her that we weren't going to be at home tonight so i couldn't post any updates for her until tomorrow. she said they were planning on having dinning at kona and then watching the fireworks at midnight from the poly beach. she may text some updates to tinkgurl or erica or someone else.

also, if anyone needs the link to the live feed that i found, just reply here. i'm sure someone whom i've already given it to in a PM will be happy to give it to you. i won't be here so i won't be able to answer any PMs until tomorrow.

I just got this from MeMom!

I also have a funny story...I texted her back telling her that I was watching the live feed to the fireworks and that it would be really funny if they were the family sitting in front of the camera. Well.....guess what??? They are!!! LOL!!! I can see Brooklyn playing with her glow thingy and then I spoke to Trent and I can see him, Jarvis, and John watching football!
