Ring question

As the big day rapidly approaches, I have been hoping to find a Disney-themed wedding ring. My wife-to-be and I aren't looking for a matched set (she's having her ring custom designed), but as Disney is a pretty big part of my life I have been looking for something that would reflect that to wear on my finger for the rest of time.

Recently I came across a ring on the Bradford Exchange (I can't link to the product page due to my low post count, but search for "Mickey Mouse spinner" on the BE site. I found it $20 cheaper on Amazon), and immediately fell in love with it and think it could be the one I want.

My big issue is that I've found some pretty terrible reviews of Bradford Exchange, like literally hundreds of negatives ranging from super slow shipping (several months in some cases) to the product not being what was in the picture and/or really poor quality, to double-charging, and more. Most of the reviews also indicate a lack of customer service. However, I realize that these reviews may reflect only a part of their customer base, and in general the most upset are often the most vocal, so I'm wondering if anybody here has either:
A) ordered this ring in particular and can give me a review of the product, or
B) has dealt with Bradford Exchange and can offer advice.

Also, if anybody else has any thoughts on a men's Disney-themed wedding band, I'm open to suggestions!

Bradford exchange is okey.. As long as u don't sign up for series.. Sometimes you buy a product from them and they enroll you into series. One month after they charge you again and send you smth you don't need.. That is usually the cause of bad reviews, people don't read what's written in small fonts and complain afterwards. I was one of them but learned to read carefully.
Also keep in mind, BE has amazing photographers.. So pictures do look better then the product, but usually it is still pretty. I never had a desire to return anything I ordered from BE.

I know someone who ordered snowman ornaments from BE. The product description was a set of 3. And thats what he ordered. And then they continued to send him other sets of 3 ornaments from the same line and billed him automatically. Nothing was ever said, or asked about this continuing billing. I wouldnt do business with them.
