Right to visit the Disney

Can you pls let me know which is the right time to visit the disney and when should i start booking for the travel and the entry to disney?

January through June
Holidays are not good.
Weekdays are great and not crowded. June gets pretty crowded.
Watch for them rain storms that come from the west which are rare but can be bad.
Friday night, Saturday from noon, Sunday afternoon is worst.
Winter and Spring are big refurb times like right now Bobsleds are only open on weekends for March.

September through end of November
Except for Holidays things start to slow down.
Weekdays are great and not crowded. June gets pretty crowded.
Friday night, Saturday from noon, Sunday afternoon is worst.
November is when the parks start the Holiday season and you can find an empty park decorated for the holidays but come Thanksgiving and the crowds build.

Locals come after school and work in the evenings for a few hours plus weekends during the whole year. DCA is under a 5 year refurbishment with a DVC wing added to GCH. This can throw a sabot in your travel plans. Right now the sun wheel, boardwalk games, and the two restaurants are down. Boudin bakery and the tortilla tour are closed. Oom Mow Mow and Burger Invasion is up in the air and closed as there is talk of a new restaurant there or show or ride or meeting house for men from Mars. lol Sorry but I read so many changes there.

I loved going in October for my birthday as it was so private and quiet.

.....Saturday from noon... is worst.

Mechurchlady - does that mean that Saturday early mornings might not be too bad? We've got a trip planned May 27 through June 1. I was planning on avoiding Saturday May 30 altogether other than being back that evening for fireworks or Electric Light Parade. But perhaps we'll do Saturday morning and then skip out until 6ish.
