Right size, but too many bytes?

The size of this sig pic is the right size (200 x 165 or someothing), but the bytes is like 172000. Can this be fixed or should I get another pic?

There ya go. The new pic is 200x163. The old one was 1029x837, and although the size of the picture was reduced here on the boards, the file size wasn't. The new one is 13800 bytes.
