Again, I'm sorry this is taking so long. I don't know what is up with the trip reports board but everytime I try to post something I get an error message saying I already posted the message, but I didn't!! I don't have this problem on any other boards.

Jake had really wanted to try the Kona Cafe. It was a bit of a pain in the but to get to because we had no car and were at POFQ. Anyway, we had yet to tour the World Showcase, so we decided to hit Kona Cafe for a leisurely breakfast and hit the WS when it opened at 11.
We took the bus to the Magic Kingdom and transferred to the monorail to the Poly from there. This was my 3rd time at Disney but only my first on the monorail. It was great! So efficient. I can see why people like to stay at monorail resorts.
We were seated for breakfast at about 9:30 after only a 10 minute wait. We stuffed ourselves with our pressed pot of kona coffee and tonga toast. We then spent an hour or so just walking around the poly and the grand floridian. We loved the GF, the lobby was so pretty! We both agreed that the next time we find ourselves with some cash, this is where we want to stay.
After we had thoroughly amused ourselves with the monorail resorts we got to Epcot just as WS was opening. We started in Canada and were having a very good time going from country to country and watching all the video's and browsing in the shops. I have to say though, that the American Experience did me in. We went in there for the air conditioning and really enjoyed the voices of liberty. However, the presentation on the history of america or whatever it was called was way too long and boring. I left lethargic and nautious and it just about did me in. We lost a little bit of our oomph and made our way around the rest of the countries a little more quickly and went back ot the resort.
We tried swimming, but the water was too hot. We had dinner at the food court and decided we'd go to DTD for the night. I think I had reached my limit for crowds and people bumping into me and just walking in general because I was miserable. I felt sick and it was like wall to wall people at DTD. We were going to go to pleasure island, but I told Jake I just wasn't feeling it. I felt bad and said we could stay if he really wanted to but he just said forget it. I think he was a little annoyed with me, but, I just couldn't look at another person or line.
We got back to the hotel around nine. We split the best banana split at the pofq food court. That lifted our spirits and we were full and asleep by 10 so that we could be good and rested for our day at the Magic Kingdom.
