In the Kohl's ad this morning, I see that I can buy (on sale) a cake pop maker, a donut maker, a cupcake maker and a whoopie pie maker. The first two are $20 each and the second two are $30 each.
Really?
Why would I need four items to clutter my kitchen?
I wouldn't buy any of these things b/c to me, they are completely unnecessary. Of the listed foods, I'd only make cupcakes, and I'd just use the oven for that. Plus, they only make "junk food." If I want to have junk food like whoopie pies or doughnuts, I'll just go out an buy a small amount, not whip up a whole huge batch of them at home. One doughnut is OK; 6 or 8 is just too darn many, unless I want to embroider "wide load" across my behind.
Those products would likely just collect a lot of dust in my house (like the waffle maker FIL gave me - I've used it exactly 1 time in the year and a half I've had it).
