I know this has been discussed before but I cant get the search to work for me. We are leaving tomorrow but a lot of our park time will be taken up by dancing ( my girls are performing several times Thurs to Sunday) I know it will be crowded and I am trying to plan things to do between dancing commitments that have little or no wait time.

Thanks so much

I've found that the rides can get slogged up in the afternoon, right when the crowds peak. Your daughters can get to the park early and grab a fast pass to one of the big rides before running off to POTC or HM. Then, do the fast pass ride before rejoining their dance troupe.

As they are dancing, grab fast passes for them as soon as the system allows a new distribution so they can get on other rides quickly, between sets. And the CMs most always let guests use a late fast pass; which is basically arriving at the ride after the fast pass window of time has expired. Using several current and late passes could help your girls get through a series of rides pretty quickly. I've used late passes without problems, though I try to return within a few hours of the expiration.

One last thing: I'm sure you've heard of long lines at Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo and Nemo, but also beware of Astro Orbiters. The line may not "look" long, but it moves extremely slow.

Rides that usually have short waits even during the busiest part of the day include:

-Pirates (or it moves quickly at least)
-Haunted Mansion (same as PotC)
-Pinocchio
-Snow White
-Pooh
-Jungle Cruise
-Any show type attraction (HISTA, Tiki Room, etc.)

Last week, Snow & Pinocchio even had long lines! Can you believe it?
BTM was actually pretty decent w/ a 15 min wait in the afternoon, it actually didn't even seem that long. And you can never go wrong w/ the Mark Twain & the Columbia.

King Arthur Carrousel

Tarzan's Treehouse

Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island

I agree with Kittyskyfish. FastPass is your friend. Collect FPs early in the day, and use them later in the day. :goodvibes

Winnie the Pooh line stayed short last week during the crowds.

Definately get the FP's you can use them anytime during the day collected after the "time" comes up. We never use them during the stated hour on them. We'll collect them in the morning & use them all evening.

The other thing to consider is the Single Rider lines. Last week on Splash Mtn, the stand-by line was 90 mins, but my son & hubby got on single rider & waited less than 5 mins. If you don't mind riding in separate vehicles on the bigger rides, you'll get on very quickly to those that offer it. Just ask the CM at the beginning of the queing area if they have single rider.

Have a great time & I hope the girls dance performances are a big hit!!!!
