Rides I REALLY wish I could go on...

For folks who have only attended WDW or DL or any other Disney park, but have looked at Disney parks you have not visited - either within the USA or in other countries - is there any particular attraction you would just love to go on?

Mine is the Ratatouille ride - L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy - in DLP

Between all the other parks, and with Shanghai just opening, what is the ride you most desire to go on?

I would love to go on mystic manor or journey to the center of the earth in Japan.
