Just wondering what kind of rides at each park will my 20 mo. old daughter be able to rideat each of the parks. For rides like Dumbo, can adults ride, too, or do the kids have to go alone? Is Dumbo too much for her? (Shes a pretty adventurous kid, I'm just wondering size wise.) Any other suggestions for riding rides with a toddler? Thanks!

Oh there is lots of rides for your little one.
I'll just name a few:
MK
Dumbo (You can ride)
Peter Pan
Winnie the Pooh
Buzz lightyear
The carosel (sp?)
The jungle crise(boat ride)
the steam ship (another boat ride)
the train
tomorrow land transit

All of these you sit right on with your little one.

The first time we took DD she was 22 months.
Rode everything that did not have a height restriction!
You'll be surprised how much a little one can go on.

Our kids at 6 months and 1 year also could go on anything without a height restriction. I would avoid the scary 3-D shows like Honey I Shrunk the Audience and It's a Bug's Life. Our 3 year old was even a little freaked out by Muppetvision, but did okay with the glasses off. He also liked Haunted Mansion and other dark rides better with a light up toy.

There are no rides that a child can ride, but you can't. That's the great part - truly a family experience.

Mine have been going since they were 4 mos old (youngest now 11) and they rode every ride at that age, unless there was a height restriction. They rode Haunted Mansion and Pirates of Caribbean too. They were never afraid at anytime because we took them on young, they were with us and it was great fun.

One thing I did when they were young was get the tape/cd of the music from the rides. So by time we went they knew the words to the Pirates, Tiki, Haunted Mansion, Small World, etc. When they got inside, very familiar.

MK will also have shows like Tiki Birds, Country Bear, Goofy Jamboree etc they'll love.

MGM they can do several shows like Bear in Blue House, Ariel, Beauty & Beast, can ride Great Movie Ride. Stunt show may be intense, sit at the back. Not sure what is now on hold during the construction.

AK they can do the shows like Lion King, Tarzan, the safari ride, probably the dinosaur ride like dumbo. Should love the dino playground.

EPCOT they will love the Living Seas, Imagination, they can ride in the Land, and others.

Don't forget to use child swap so you don't wait in line twice. At each ride ask how to do it, it varies. Mostly you wait together then swap off while the other rides. Works great.

Everyone above has pretty much covered all that DW and I were able to do with our at that time 16 mo DD. She loved everything, since at that age she loved to look at stuff!
