rides an 7.5 month old can ride

Your little one can ride all attractions that do not have a height restriction. You will find that you can take your baby on more rides than not.

thank you. we have been going to disney for years but we never had a little one to pay attention to height restrictions.

We just got back from a trip with our 10 month old and 2.5 year old. We didn't ride anything that the kids couldn't ride with us and still had a ball. Actually was kind of nice to skip all the long lines for the coasters and such. Baby just took it all in and just smiled and coo'd at all the scary stuff that sent he older bro jumping in our laps.

Is there some site to get more specific information on this? Like which rides have height restrictions, etc.... We will be going early june with Twins at 2 yrs. old and older brother at 4 years old. This would really help me get a plan togther. Any help would be appreciated!!! :sunny:

We took our dd last year when she was just 22 months and she rode everything in Fantasyland and most everything else except the coasters. We even went on HM, POC, Maelstrom, Spaceship Earth. We had a blast and just did the child swap on the things we really wanted to ride that dd couldn't. We will be taking dd now 3 1/2 and our ds who will be 7 months when we go to WDW in December and we can't wait to take him on everything also!

Have fun!!

I'd also like to know if there's a list of rides...

The guide maps they give you to each park, which is free, has a little symbol by each attraction/ride that has a height restriction. I'll look it up and see if I find anything...

This seems like a great list. I hope it's comprehensive. It also indicates which rides may be scarry, loud, or too intence for little ones.

Cool beans. Most rides are a GO! (I have an almost-2-year-old.)

Err, "Reminder there is a Child Swap Option Available to you at the Attractions!" what's this about? I'm going to look it up, too...

"To switch off, there must be 2 adults. When your group reaches the head of the line tell the Cast Member that you want to exercise the child swap. At the loading area, one adult rides while the other stands off to the side and watches the children. The other adult will then be allowed on the attraction, at the head of the line, on the very next ride while the adult that already enjoyed the ride stays with the kids." I got this off http://www.kingdommagictravel.com/disneyworld/theme_parks/height_restrictions.htm

I'm traveling alone with 2 kids, one is big enough to ride everything, and one is too little. We will exclude the few restricted ones.

Have a MAGICAL time!

We traveled with an 8 month old for our son's first trip. I agree he went on most anything without a height requirement (including the Mad Teacups ride - and was super excited). They don't get scared at that age much, so that is a plus - much easier than in a couple of years when EVERYTHING seems dark and scary to some.

The one funny thing I found is when we went on Tomorrowland Transit Authority (f.k.a. WEDway People-Mover) he fell asleep with a bottle while we were riding around and since it wasn't packed there, the CM let me stay on with him since it is a continuously running track. My DH exited, and went on Space Mountain by himself and then met back up with us as I rode round and round Tomorrowland with sleeping baby - LOL!:eeyore:
