We have loved being able to use rider swap. In the past, it's been 2 adults and 3 kids... 2 kids can ride but one can't. The great thing has been that the riding kids can go on the attraction twice.

This year we have additions:
Me (Dad)
Mom
Grandma
DD - 10 yo
DS - 9 yo
DD - 4 yo (just broke 40" and ecstatic about riding the thrill rides)
DS - 8 months old (just a tad under 40")

I know rider swap ticket allows for two additional passengers, so we'll gladly stick to the guidelines that are in place. I'm wondering if there is any scenario where I can get all 3 kids on the initial ride and the rider swap. I'd love to give them as much ride time as possible plus avoid the drama of determining which kid stays back while the other 2 get to ride again (we have a game plan in place if we have to do that, though).

Here's two scenarios I've wondered about:
-If Mom, Dad and 3 kids go through first while Grandma stays back with Baby, will CM's show any leniency toward Grandma and 3 kids when they come back through for Swap?
-Could Dad and 3 kids go through first while Grandma and mom stay back with baby... Dad and kids get 2 Rider Swaps, then Grandma, Mom and kids come back through for Swap?

Anybody have any experience, knowledge or ideas? Thanks in advance.

If grandma also has a FP she could go through and the three kids could use the swap.

Interesting... So just so I'm following you... Mom, Dad and 3 kids go through first. They get a rider swap pass for Grandma who sits out with baby. Grandma goes through later with a fp+, and the three kids go through on the rider swap pass? If that works, it could be an option.

When we do the swap we take turns who gets to go a second time.
That's our plan if we can't come up with anything. The 4 year old will actually get to ride twice every time this year while 10 and 9 switch off. 4yo has had to sit out plenty of rides while the older two got to go. We're fine with it if that's the only option. I'm just curious if there is a way (inside Disney's guidelines) to get all three kids on both times.

I mean, in theory that should work. The swap pass is for 3 people and three people are using it.
