When using the rider swap, how many people are allowed to ride again with the other adult?

We have 2 big kids and 2 little ones. If one parent rides with the two big kids first, then can both big kids ride with the second parent or is it just for one adult/one child?

Yes, the two kids can ride again. A total of 3 guests can ride on the Swap.

Please confirm the following scenario for me; 4 adults and 2 infants. 1 adult walks up to Splash with a FP+, asks for a rider swap pass, uses the FP+ line, and the other 3 adults wait with the infants. When the ride is over, the other 3 adults can use the rider swap pass despite not having a FP+ like the original rider?

Correct. You can get in a lot of FP rides.

Yes, but have to bring the too small child to the CM at the entrance to get the rider swap. They need to see the child.

How long is the rider swap pass good for?
I think usually a few days.

At least until the end of that day but they've also had passes that expire on the 15th or last day of the month as well. Also can differ for different rides so you might get one that's only good that day at one ride and good for other days at another ride.

That will work, except that means someone has to ride alone (or seated next to a stranger) all the time. I don't think that would be much fun. I'd do 2 FP+ per attraction and then do rider swap.

I have seen a few CM at the big rides ( so 7DMT TT RnR) ask the other people not riding to scan there magic bands to be sure all had FP and then give the ride swap to the person going in line. I go a lot and only seen it happen a fe time like 6 or 7 so not that many

Used rider swap on all those rides you mentioned many times during a trip in late October, Thanksgiving weekend and 12 days over New Years and never did they ask who was riding or to scan additional MB's when using RS via the FP+ Line. We simply approached the line, made sure the "non rider" was present and asked for a RS pass.

Things to keep in mind based on my most recent trip/use of the RS pass.
The non rider must be present and not eligible to ride when obtaining the RS pass, the RS pass is good for up to 3 riders and always good anytime that day (sometimes longer) and the RS pass can be obtained via the FP+ or standby line. Sometimes you can get one via the single rider line but this varies and is up to the discretion of the CM at the single rider line.

Like I said it did not happen every time just a few times I have been to disney about 35 days last year ( and I think I can remember it happing maybe 6 or 7 times so what 1% of the time) I am not sure if it was just a few CM that were doing this or what but I wanted to give the poster a heads up that it has happened but I think the poster would be fine to do it. ( I would bet more money on winning the lotto then having a CM ask for all of the groups to scanner there MB, but I do not normally play the lotto)

Just wanted to add that I was able to get a rider swap pass for Soarin without the non rider present. We were there for rope drop and forgot we couldn't bring the stroller up there. My DW had to go park the stroller and me and my DD stayed in line. When I got to CM I asked for the pass and was about to go into the whole story of why the non rider wasn't present but he just gave it to me no questions asked.

Okay - WAIT WAIT WAIT a minute.... this is totally confusing me. Okay so if I DO get someone to go with me and my son (who has a disability) - Can my helper ride the ride alone while I wait with my son - - and then when they get back, can I ride while my helper waits with my son? I'd really like to ride the Aerosmith rollercoaster again and I'm pretty sure he'll freak out....

Correct, if you break up the FP's of the adults, so each adult uses 1 FP+, gets a rider swap for the other 3, you can "abuse" the heck out of rider swap. You can turn each FP per person into a whole group FP essentially. 4 Adults with a small one, you essentially have 12 FP+s.

Funny though how people complained about people "abusing" the legacy system by, you know, going to the ride they wanted and pulling FPs as they were allotted by WDW.

I am also a frequent visitor - at least as many days as you claim and again never has a CM asked to verify additional FP+ via MB. Since we actually use the RS program when the little kids are with us I have actual experience. In fact the entire group doesn't even need to be present to obtain a RSP, just the non rider and at least 2 other adults. Sometimes what you think you hear or see isn't exactly as it seems.

It just isn't something the OP needs to worry about.

What you could do is book FP for all three of you and then you can use your son's Magic Band to ride a second time.

That is correct, as long as your helper has an FP+ (or if you use the DAS) they can ride first and get a rider swap ticket, which you can then use immediately after they are done while you are waiting with your son.

Yes they could just do that, but why waste the FP+s ?

Instead if the parent books 3 FP+s, they can get a rider swap for the helper each time, and the Helper can book 3 other FP+s, and get rider swaps each time for the parent. That makes 6 FP+s essentially !!!
