Rider swap for FOP question

we are going to go at rope drop but obviously my 3 yr old cant ride so just want to make sure they do have rider swap for it

Yes. Rider switch is offered on Flight of Passage.

Click "Read More" under "Attractions Offering Rider Switch" to see all the rides you should be able to use it on if needed.

yes they do have rider swap and the pass is good until the end of the month, so you do not have to ride right away/
