Rider Swap during EMH?

I was curious about people's experiences with this. I think I understand the procedure of getting one, but I"m worried that they won't hand one out during EMH. I've heard that it can be somewhat dependent on the cast member? We were hoping to get 1 ride in on Everest while grabbing a rider swap pass before heading over to the Safari during morning EMH. Also hoping to do this on an EMH morning at DHS for RnRC. We are planning on using the pass later in the afternoon. Any thoughts or experiences?

Rider swap has nothing to do with EMH. What is dependent on the CM is whether or not they will allow rider swap with children tall enough to ride, but who don't want to ride.
