Is Rider Swap available at the Single Rider line or only at the stand by and FP+ lines? Thank you!:)

No need to give for swap passes at single rider line since you don't need a pass to get into the single rider line.

Single rider lines are for people who are riding solo, so it doesn't make sense for them to have rider swap passes there.

Actually my sister and I did this twice in November at Everest and rockin roller coaster. She went through the single riders line while I watch our kids and they gave me a rider swap both times. This makes all the sense in the world to me when there are two adults and at least one child that can't ride.

Unfortunately, the single rider line at RnRC is often no better than Standby.

Huh? Two parents, 1 small child. They will both be riding solo if they utilize rider swap.

OP, I don't think you'll have a problem getting a rider swap card at whichever line they happen to be giving them out and then entering the single rider line. The person watching the child would then enter the FP line with the rider swap when you are done riding.

That's what I was thinking we might be able to do...makes sense to me!

I was thinking the same...that's it's a standby but for single riders. Thanks!

I guess I must've misunderstood what the OP was asking. I thought the OP was asking if she could get a rider swap pass in the single rider line, which didn't make any sense to me since the only people who should be getting in the single rider line are people who are planning to ride solo, and I thought that to get a rider swap pass you had to get in line with the child. It didn't sound to me like she was asking if she could get in the single rider line once she got the pass.

Nope, the child is actually not allowed in the line at all. The child and the person watching them wait outside the ride the whole time the 1st person/group is riding.
