Just putting in a good word for Ridemax. We just returned from a week in the parks - M-W-F at DLR and T-Th at DCA. This was our first trip back since being annual passholders for years pre-2020.
We rope-dropped Monday (President's Day) but otherwise, we arrived late morning and stayed in one park til close on all other days. We had used Ridemax years ago to plan our days, but had reservations about using it with all the recent park changes.
Overall, we were quite impressed with how close Ridemax was across the board on wait time estimates. I don't know what deep magic is behind this app, but we very often found the Ridemax estimate to be even more accurate than the realtime published wait times in the Disneyland app.
Parks felt extremely crowded all week, but Ridemax came up big for us. Ironically, the one day that we decided to pony up for Genie Plus (Friday) ended up being the least crowded day of the week by far - felt like crowds were cut in half, at least on the DLR side. Touring Plans had predicted as much - we should have trusted them.
