Ridemax up to date?

Is Ridemax pretty current? Have they taken into account the shifting visit patterns because of APs or new attractions (WOC)?

I'm going in Oct 16-20. Sounds like I need to wait until 90 days in advance to purchase. Would I be able to run scenarios for my trip or does it wait until the hours are released?
When do you think October hours will be released?
Do the wait times it predict change much as the trip gets closer?

Yes they are current. I was just running RM a lot over the last 3 days for our trip in a couple weeks. I have used RM in the past and can see how they have accounted for World of Color impact.

You can purchase RM anytime of course. If you get the 90 day subscription then of course you should wait until 90 days before your trip to buy it.

Dates are posted 4-6 weeks in advance. As of today they have dates out to Aug 21 (right before the AP blockout lifts). So you will not be able to run for your actual dates until it gets closer to your trip. This is not a big deal because you should always run your final itineraries as close to your departure as possible to reflect updates RM makes to data. Even if you could run itineraries 90 days in advance you would not want to use them.

If you buy at the 90 day mark you should choose dates that might have similar crowd patterns and run those as tests so you can see how RM works.

Good to know. I've been debating about buying it for our upcoming trip next week and just didn't know if it would be worth it or how WOC was throwing it off.
