I have been trying to make my plan, and some days/times are working well. But I keep trying to make an eveing plan at MK & DHS with no luck. It says I have too few attractions so I try adding one, then it says I hav too many. I have tried removing some, adding some (all one at a time). I have also tried changing my times by 5 mins at a time. How could I possibly have too few, reduce my time by 5 mins and now have too many???? On other plans it just puts breaks in. I dont know what else to do.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I've never had Ridemax tell me I had too few attractions. I've had it say there were too many. Perhaps you should contact the Ridemax folks, I'm sure they are better prepared to help with that kind of question!

I have also never had it pop up and say "too few attractions" I have had it not let me make a plan because I had too few attractions. With HS it may be the types of attractions ie shows as they are scheduled at specific times and it is hard to fit all the shows into a one day plan.

As for the evening MK not sure what would cause that as the PP said check with the Ridemax people they were quite helpful when I had a problem.

I would E-mail them directly -- they get back to you pretty quickly and seem very open to assisting their customers.

I agree that it most likely has to do with shows at DHS - if you have those in your plan, it's probably the scheduled timing of those shows that is causing the program to tell you too many. RideMax is limited to where those can be in the plan because they are only scheduled at certain times, which impacts where the program can fit everything else.

I believe you have to have 3 attractions in your list or it says you don't have enough.

If it's not about shows, then I don't know what the answer is either.

I've had this happen to me when I was trying to make an evening plan for EPCOT.
I believe the problem has to do with wait times.
The program probably can't squeeze in the bigger attractions because of longer wait times, and if you add in the smaller attractions, then there is too much available time.

Is this service linked to a book that i'd have to purchase or is it just a web site or independent service? Sorry if this question sounds dumb.

It is an Internet based program - no book that corresponds with it. You purchase a subscription for a period of time (I think it's 3 months or one year as the 2 choices). The program is loaded on to your own computer, but it works with an Internet database to make the plans (in other words, you need Internet access to make the plan itself).

Last I knew, it was Windows only, no Mac version.
