Ridemax help

Hopefully some kind soul here can help me . I just ordered and downloaded the ridemax software this morning and I am having trouble getting it to work. It will let me choose my days, put in rides, etc. and then when I hit "make my plan" it goes through the download procedure but once that is done it doesn't show any plan. Maybe I am missing something easy?

It makes your plan in your Internet browser. Now for me, my Internet Explorer automatically pops up onto the screen when the plan is made -- in fact, if IE is closed, it actually opens IE when it makes the plan.

Most likely, your plan is there but you're not seeing it. Once you click "make my plan" and it goes through the calculations (which you will see with the little bar going across creating your plan) - click on your Internet Explorer icon to pull that up and I'm guessing your plan will be right there.

For some reason, it wouldn't open IE on my laptop so I installed Firefox and now it works .

Try turning off the POP up blocker in IE that may be the issue....I use firefox and its a better browser anyway....enjoy....Try Thunderbird too for e-mail I like it better too

*Disclaimer: I know next to nothing about computers!* Sometimes it can be a firewall issue-- your firewall may be preventing it from working. If you go to the RM users thread, someone will be able to help you out (I know I've seen that issue on there before). Have fun with RideMax-- it was the best $$$ we spent on our entire trip! --Katie
