You can take your 10 month old on any ride in any park that doesn't have a height restriction. I don't have a list of all the rides, but there are quite a few. There are some though that you may not want to try. We took our 8.5 month old on some of the more adult tram-type rides like the Great Movie Ride at MGM. It was really loud and dark and he pretty much whimpered the whole time.
MK has a ton of stuff though - off the top of my head...It's a small world, Country Bear Jamboree, Pooh, Snow White, Peter Pan, I think Buzz Lightyear, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Hall of President's (long), Tiki Room, Jungle Cruise, Tom Sawyer's Island, I know there are others, but I can't think of them.
I don't remember so much what you can take them on at AKL because we didn't go there when our son was 8 months...we will be taking him on this trip though at 14 months. I think there is quite a bit to see and do.
The Family Board has lots of advice for travel to WDW with your 10 month old.
