Ride wait times during first ROL?

We’re going to WDW at the end of next week. While we have a FP reserved for FOP early in the trip, we plan on hopping over one evening to see Pandora after dark. ROL will be shown twice.

I had planned on seeing first showing of ROL (if I can get a 4th FP for it) then going to Navi standby. If we are out of line quick enough, we will standby FOP.

But do lines go down enough during the first ROL that we should just forgo it and just stay in Pandora to ensure a ride on Navi & FOP?

If it's a busy night, the RoL theater is not large enough (and RoL is not really popular enough) to "drain" a very significant number of guests away from the most popular attractions.

Our last visit, there was only one RoL show. After, we walked to Pandora and gotin line for FoP. It was about a 20 minute wait 15 minutes before the park closed.
Agree that RoL doesn't hold enough people to make a big difference in the crowds in the park.

On a 2 showing night, is it feasible to see the first show at 9:15, standby Navi immediately after and still get into the FoP line by 10:30?

Maybe. (Probably, better than 50%.)

But, crowd-level is the key, and nobody knows that info (regardless of what the prediction sites tell you.)

What happens on "Tuesday" may not happen on "Thursday."
