Enchanted Tiki Room!

The original plan for the Enchanted Tiki Room was to have it as a Polynesian-style restaurant, and not an attraction. When he was planning the original attraction for Disneyland, Walt Disney's concept was to possibly have a Chinese restaurant that featured a Confucius-like character offering words of wisdom to dining guests. The idea of a restaurant was quickly scrapped after Walt Disney didn't believe it would be practical.
