Other than the Magical Express, what other means of transportation would you recommend from the Poly to the Airport.

We like to take a town car. Usually from Quick Silver, but have used Happy Limo also.

Cab or towncar. Neither one is cheap.

Not everyone in the room has to use magical express. One year I had to return home for business for a couple of days. I took ME from the airport with my friends, took it back to the airport when I returned home, took it again when I returned a few days later and then took it back to the airport with my friends when our vacation ended (and we were all staying in the same room).
