I know all about the height restrictions on all the different rides, but my brother in law is very tall and has quite a large chest size. Are there any restrictions on any of the rides for the larger person??

Thanks

Yes there are restrictions on a few of the rides where the restraint comes down over the head. Most of these have a seat outside the entrance that you can try for size before you queue up to see if you will fit, although you need to be very big chested to not fit.

Does anybody know what the chest restrictions are (so I can tell him if he needs to diet!!!!

i don't know what the restrictions are, but i think you should be fine unless he is totally huge. my dh is 6'4" and wears a 4x-5x and he has been able to fit on every disney ride that we have tried (and that's a lot!) without much fanfare or problem. :)

his favorite is rnrc. :)

You should be fine for all the WDW park rides - their rides are pretty size friendly. You may have more of a problem at Universal or Seaworld on their coasters though - they've got more strict requirements but they do have test seats outside the queue as well as 2 seats per train that accommodate larger frames.
