Ride Max help

First time user and I am having some issues.

Now maybe its cause the park is packed and it is maximizing my rides but I am confused.


So on Dec. 23 we will be in DL and I have a plan from opening till 2:30 pm and it went well made one for 8 and 815.

So then I went to make one for the rest of the day and decided to try Fantasy World. Wanted dinner around 7pm.

So I start at 3 and try to end at 10 with an hour lunch. No go.
Try start at 3 and dinner at 7 for an hour and end at 11. Again No go.

Lastly I try a 3 pm start an hour dinner and end at midnight. And heres where the ??? come in.

It says free time at 3pm till 7:12 pm and then dinner till 8:12 pm.

So is this cause its maximizing the rides? And ride times?

I'm not sure i understand your questions correctly. But it sounds like you are trying to put in too many rides, especially during those afternoon hours. The lines are super long during those times. So its probably a no go since you won't be able to fit all those rides from 3 to 10pm or 3 to 11pm.

I think it works better if you put in the whole day. Like opening to 10pm and just put in that you want dinner at 7pm and break between 2:30pm - 3pm.

I'll try the day with the 2 breaks in there and see if that helps.

Basically what I am looking at is I cannot fit all the rides in, in a 5 hour window if I leave at 11pm but they fit in 4 hours if I leave at midnight.


What I am trying to do is not walk from end to end all day. I wanna go land by land if possible.

Okay I did the day and its packed solid rather than the 4 or so hour break by spliting it.


Other problem I am seeing is its splits Fantasyland in half. With kids I don't think I can explain that they cannot ride Dumbo Cause the plan says we need to go elsewhere.


I'll keep playing with it.

How do you plan from 8am till 12am(midnight) and do not add in breaks??

And with the 30% copoun I really need to try and take advantage of those.

Put a couple extra rides in as the breaks to use the discounts and see if that helps.

When you look at the bottom line you see ride time, wait time and walk time. It does not show break time in there.

So if you plan a day with no lunch or breaks you should find a time in the middle of the plan with a break and it often is at lunch time... And often for several hours. You can end your break early and hit a few rides and use a few fastpasses to free up a dinner slot...

Also run the tool a few times until the break is in the correct spot...

Thanks for the help. Not going for another week so I have some time to "research" this
