Ride lovers....

Even if I do just 1 it would be a good day! :thumbsup2 Actually I've never counted... Too busy having fun to keep a running tally! ;)

Yup! But I go a lot for day trips, and can typically ride everything I want to...all of the "big rides" and most of the smaller ones, with the exclusion of Bugsland rides and the non-dark-Fantasyland rides that I don't really care about.

Hmmm.... Splash Mountain at least 3 times, Space Mountain, Mad Tea Party, and the Matterhorn...those are all of the personal absolute must-dos.

3-5 that are on my short list of must-do's (whether an old favorite, something old but new to me, or something new for everyone) everything else I get accomplished I consider gravy. This method leaves me feeling very satisfied at the end of my day and not disappointed I didn't get 20 things done.

This came up before but it was about how much you can get in, in a day. It was between 10-20 attractions.

Really if you hit the big/classic rides IMO that's, Space, Splash, Indy, JC,POTC, HM, BTMRR, PP, Dumbo, Carousel, Buzz, Nemo, Raiload, Autopia, Matthorn, teacups, IASW, RR and the monorail. That's 19 in DL. In DCA: Soarin, GRR, Screemin, TSM, MM, ToT, BL, Alladin, Monsters add upto 9.

Of course the night shows and parades can eat up a lot of time.

We go early and go hard till about 2...We store up FPs and get replacements as soon as we are able. Means by 2 we usually have 10 rides under our belt we head out of the park for a rest and a swim at the hotel. We have fresh FPs for when we return after dinner at around 7pm, we tend to be a little more sedate at night and target rides like BTMRR, BLAB and Matterhorn when the fireworks and Fantasmic are on, we will stay right to closing on at least a couple of nights but typically do 5 to 10 rides at night.. So between 15 and 20 rides a day...

Our main score that we try to keep is we try to ride Space Mountain a minimum of 10 times per trip. It became a tradition. Which means, when we go for 5-6 days we only hit Space twice a day with half a dozen other rides mixed in, and wandering and snacking and people watching. When we go for quickies we hit it 4+ times/day which means we only get about 3 other rides in. When staying at our home resort we always go on Grizzly right before going in to the room to throw our clothes in the dryer, so usually 2x day. Don't really keep track of the rest. As long as you get each ride you love in at once per trip, the score is less important than having fun!

If I remember correctly we averaged 22/day, but that is going strong all day long. We try to get in multiples for Indy, Space, Screamin, ToT, MWoD, and TSM. All dpends on what is on the kids agenda but we try to open and close the parks.

I dream of the days of opening and closeing the park! My littles are only 3 years old and 20 months old though :goodvibes I think with them if I hit 10 rides, I'd be thrilled!

I'd shoot for a high number of rides. With young kids you might be excluded from some of the long line rides that have height minimums. Of course you can do rider swap and while one parent waits the other takes the kids to Fantasyland.

Nah, we stick with the littles. We don't want to miss out on their excitement. We're pretty cheesy that way. They're the reason I've become obsessed! I like Disney way more as a mom than I can remember liking it myself as a kiddo. :goodvibes

My kids are late teens, early twenties and we sometime just go like h.. and then die from exhaustion at night, but it is a good exhaustion. 19 yo daughter did IJ 13 times in one day in between its breakdown.
