Is there a checklist anywhere on the internet that lists WDW rides and time lengths? Thanks...

You should try allearsnet.com they have descriptions on almost every ride and lists height requirements and is classified by park. If you do not see a specific ride with height requirement it usually means there is no height requirement... for example: It's a Small World
