Does anybody have a phone # for a town car/limo service that they can reccomend? We (family of 4) will be flying into LAX on 3/22 and departing on 3/29. We are staying at the HoJo's outside of Disneyland. Does anybody know what I should expect to pay for this service?

I called a few and here's what I got. By the way, these were recomended by the DL Hotel

Best Transportation 800-827-7411 Town car 124.88 each way

LBS Executive Transportation 800-417-3326 Town car was 90.00 plus tax and tip each way

Airport bus (a shuttle service) is 25.00 round trip for adult, 16.00 round trip for child 3-11 (These are buses not personal cars)

SuperShuttle 42.00 each way for an adult, (I did not price the child, again these are buses, not personal cars)

Xpress Shuttle 107.00 round trip for 1 adult and 1 child

AAA cab was 65.00 each way
Yellow Cab was 75.00 each way

On the way from LAX to the DLH, we took SuperShuttle (which is a van, by the way) and we almost died 4 times due to the poor driving skills of the driver. SuperShuttle, like Sonya said, is also more expensive. Plus, it also takes longer to get to your hotel because you have other people going to different hotels in the van with you. (most of them aren't even in the Disneyland area)

On the way back to LAX, we used Airport Bus and liked it a lot. Just my opinion, but I would go with Airport Bus if you were picking between the two.

Thanks Princess for the info on Airport bus. I think I will use that one when I travel in March. I was a bit worried because I will be traveling alone w/ my 2 girls, 4 yrs and 2 yrs, and I wanted something safe and reliable. But my budget would have been very stretched if I hired a town car.

The only semi bad thing about it, and I think this really only applies to when you get to the airport, is that it comes once an hour. (I'm pretty sure) You might have to wait a while, but the lower price, and because it goes straight to the Disneyland area, it ends up being quicker and more worth it. They also run a movie on the bus for the kids :)
