Ride closure/pre DAS

What happens if the ride goes down or it’s closed for weather when you have the pre registered DAS and time runs out?

You will get a message from My Disney Experience and/or an email telling you there is a issue with your DAS and that you will have an experience pass instead

Yes, we got an experience pass any time an attraction went down, even if it was before our arrival time. It was a nice perk

I realized my screenshot didn’t include what the options were:
Option 1: ride the attraction if it becomes available again. The time stays the same as the original DAS Return Time to the end of the day

Option 2: as a replacement to the DAS Return Time, choose to enter one other attraction (from a list on the message) after the original DAS Return Time to the end of the day

You don’t have to do anything to choose AND whether you choose option 1 or 2, you are eligible to make another DAS Return Time right away after receiving the message
