Anyone that is interested in gathering for dinner PLEASE POST HERE!!!

I will call hopefully this afternoon and gather some info from them but here's the logistics....

We will plan on a 5pm dinner and then anyone that wants to venture back to the hotel (or try and join us) at 8pm for a pool gathering is more than welcome!!!! After I get the ressies set I'll post that info!!!! I know it's ONLY 7 months away but what the heck!!!!

No way I could make it then... just way too early for me. I will be lucky if I can get there by 6:30 (unless I am lucky and can get time off which any vacation in August is sketchy for me) I guess I'll meet you all at the pool.

If we need to move it closer to 6 just let me know but I don't think we will want to go any later than that due to pooling it at 8!

Part of this is just way too far in advance for me to plan. I'd love to come up for all day on Friday and get some rides in maybe, but we have an issue at work where it might be that August vacations will be nixed for all management. If it were 6 I have a shot of getting there in time, but I forsee me leaving straight from work and unless the winds are with me, it will take a solid two and a half hours for me. I will make it when I can though and I can always call up to someone on a cell to see where you all are at and see where I should head to.

I think 5 though has a better shot of you all getting back to the pool by 8. My only question out loud is how many people were planning on being in CP that day... would 5 be too early for people to want to leave the park? Since that isn't me in this case I have no idea, but it just came to mind as well.

Sorry for the ramble... I do love the idea of dinner with you all though

Not sure exactly how our days are going to go yet. I have the Days Inn booked from Thursday night through Sunday. Right now I am leaning towards driving down Thursday evening, maybe spending Friday at the water park, dinner with DIS'ers at Damon's, pool party @ 8, and then CP all day on Saturday. It will be all of the LK's - myself, DH, DS9 and DD7.

That's a good idea Willy!!!! I'll ask them when I call to get info on large groups and see if that would be a problem. I know here in the Chicago area that can be a problem but we work around it.

Will honestly not know if DH can make it until we get closer. Depends on how his job is going at the time.
If he can' t make it, I'll probably bring DD.

I'll take that Friday off from work and drive up early with Sue and Sarah. Damon's is one of our family's favorite restaurants. 2 adults and 1 teenager (who will no doubt eat a full rack of ribs).
