Sounds like all of you were busy here on the 4th! I haven't had time to read the WHOLE thread, but it was a hoot! I'll try to get back to it later.

Duffy didn't win anything this weekend, so our dog show weekend was a bust. Got LOTS done on the house though.

We did get some great weather and I did get my biking in, I just had to dodge the daily thunderstorm.

My mom has improved a great deal. She is back in a regular room now, and her lung is almost back to normal. She is talking quite a bit and wants to go home. A side effect of being in ICU for so long is that she is hallucinating. She kept telling me to watch out for the bug that was flying over my head. Hopefully we will not have any more set backs and she will get on the road to getting better again.

Morning Riddlers!

Have NO idea on the riddle which is nothing new. And I KNOW no one gives hints here, so I might be pantless today.

Going to work today, since we are going to try to go to Six Flags of Ohio on Wednesday. Looks like rain this week, so our plans might have to change.

We hung out and watched fireworks last night after our tapas party....such fun! Crazy, busy weekend but we all survived it!

Looks like a gloomy type day at the moment....we shall see!


Mickey, glad to hear your mom is doing better. Watch those meds....that's also a side affect of alot of meds in older people...their bodies can't take the dosage.
