Deb, Good luck with the layoff, I know it can be very difficult. In my current job, I have been the bearer of that news many times, and have gotten it myself. Although I am able to retire so it is OK fir me, I wish you all the best.

Glo, happy anniversary, you are still a newly wed compared to many of us "old" riddlers. Have a big steak and Lobster Tail with Drawn Butter tonight and don't share!

And to Laura, happy birthday my Michigan friend. May your day be filled the joy, and may your plans for August get solidified.

Thanks for the concern, but you don't have to worry. I'm harmless to most, double knot my shoes, eat most of my vegetables, usually say please and thank you, and usually don't take fortune cookies seriously.

It finally feels like summer here...although way too hot way too fast...I think it's about 90 degrees! I like hot weather better than cold, though, so I'm not complaining too loudly!
