Marla - a lot of rain in the forecast here! One of the weathermen said that we'd have this for the next week or so and then *BOOM* - summertime!!! I'm paying attention to no other weatherman than him from now on!!!

Our dad and his wife have been in the process of selling their home and moving into a new one. Their current house sits on lots of acreage and is about 2 hours away from us, and it is getting to be too much for them to take care of. They had found a new place, only about 45 minutes from us, and were going to move in at the end of May with our step-sister and her children. Lorraine told me yesterday that it turns out the new house is in bankruptcy and shouldn't have been sold to them. Their current house is due to close pretty soon, and now they are stuck. I am going to call them today to see what is going on and what they are going to do.

Do they want to buy my house? The price just went down $250,000!

LOL! It has been cool here lately too, but dry. We actually could use some rain now. We were 6 inches ahead of normal in May, but no rain the last week and lots of wind, so things have really dried out.

Glad to amuse you LARS! The whole situation isn't so amusing on this end right now though. I guess making light of it is the only way to deal with it at the moment!

Good sleepy morning to you all! I am back but not awake at all. I even went to bed at a reasonable hour... oh well I had a great time with Beth and I would do it again in a heart beat!!! It's amazing what good friends these people from the DIS can be I took a lot of pictures (I think almost 1900 pictures) so I will share a few when I can.

In short the weather was mostly wonderful. We had one icky & sticky day and yesterday we felt maybe 4 drops of rain. OKW is a beautiful resort and we had a great location for the bus stops. We were close enough to walk to the Hospitality House yet our bus stop was right by our door. So if we wanted to get on the bus last, we walked a little. And at the end of the long day we could get off at the first stop which was right by our room The crowds seemed to thin out as the week went on for us. Even Saturday at AK & Epcot wasn't too bad. We walked on to most things and the longest wait was 25 minutes in the heat of the day for Splash Mt. The flowers were beautiful in Epcot! A part of me didn't want to come home at all (if my family weren't here, I wouldn't ever return I think )

All in all it was a great trip and now I just need to find a way to keep awake today

I heard a few very loud booms in the wee hours Saturday - the thunderboomers were soooooo loud all four moms in our wagon sat up and waited for noises to start coming from the other wagons - we got giggling that we would have to draw straws to venture out if the girls wanted a mom

Lars, Good Luck to Megan tonight. And enjoy Matt's concert.

Lars won't be the only one at a concert tonight. DS and DD have their band concert tonight. DD gets to conduct one of the songs. What is neat is, because of the size of the band, they have invited some other people to come play to fill in missing instruments. One of those people is the band teacher that my kids had in elementary and middle school. So, DD will get to conduct her former teacher.

I am a Walmart hater. I avoid it as much as possible. I will go to the local K-Mart. And if we are near one, I like Target.

I want to know the anatomically correct answer from yesterday. I am far too naive to know it on my own.
