Riddle me this!

My DH never gets lost because I am the official navigator in our household! I have more maps then anyone I know! We settled that argument about directions and getting lost in year 1 of our relationship when I told DH point blank that he had zero sense of direction and that I would drive from now on! lol.....he started letting me plan the routes after that!

Diane - I saw the eclipse!! :Pinkbounc I can now say I have seen a solar eclipse, a lunar eclipse, and a comet!

edited because I can't spell)

LOL, just went back and saw the "square" shower curtain I missed. Kind of a plain vanilla one today, OK!:p

It's not called getting lost - it is called Creative Exploring

still waiting for my pants

Well, I finally made it here. No, I didn't sleep in! DD had to be at school early, so I got up, did the 1 mile WATP and chauffeured her into the city. So, here I am at school 2 hours early! Maybe I can get some of my desk cleared off!

Second honeymoon? ;) Camping? We consider it lonely when the three older kids are off doing their thing and it's just the four of us these days! :teeth:

As to the Y chromosome, Diane, I blame EVERYTHING on that sucker!

pm sent

The sunshine of yesterday has gone and a rainy day is in store for us. Yuck. BUT it's a l-o-n-g weekend! YEAH! The kick-off to SUMMER! Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Did I miss something about someone making cells with jello - are you talking about a plant or animal cell - Kara just did this this week - made the jello - used clear for the cyroplasm, typed the little name labels and taped them on toothpicks - and she used stuff from home for the other stuff - like green ribbon for the cell membrane - a pony bead for the DNA - then wrapped 2 dfifferent colors of playdou around the bead

Good morning fellow riddlers. Hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend. PM sent.

 Good morning everyone! PM sent but Bernie had hit the showers already it appears. I saw the lunar eclipse last night too. We had a clear sky and it was HUGE on the horizon as it had just risen before the eclipse. Looked at it with the binoculars alot - admiring the features you can seem to see better when it is in shadow. It was fun to share that as a family. All three of us were on the back porch steps with the binoculars - trying to stay warm (it was a windy and cool evening last night) - having a good time. :)

Just remember everyone... it's POETS day!!!!! (Piss On Everything - Tomorrow's Saturday!) :p :teeth:

Good morning all! Sorry about the full pm! All clean now! That never happened to me before.

Glad to hear that Erin gets to go on the trip after all Bernie. Len and I have never been camping without the kids. Sound like heaven to me!

It's raining here and it was cloudy last night so we didn't get to see the eclipse.:(

I hope that it stops raining soon. DS and his Venture troop are leaving tonight for a 83 km. bike hike. I'm worried enough about it without adding bad weather into the mix.

This weekend is the 50 anniversary reunion at Len's high school, so he is leaving right from work to go to his parents' tonight, and then he'll drive back and get me tormorrow after I get off work so that we can go to the dance tomorrow night. We had sort of decided not to go, but his brother called and asked Len to go with him, so our plans changed.

Ginny's Lady Baden-Powell award ceremony went really well last night. I even managed to keep from crying during the ceremony. I just couldn't look at ther too much, or I knew I'd lose it!

Glad to hear it went well last night, Kathy! :)

ENJOY your weekend everyone!

Looks like I am one of the sleepy heads today. No school today, so we all got to sleep in.

Hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend!

PM sent with my guess.

Kathy, enjoy the reunion.

Bernie, glad your DD can go after all.

I missed the eclipse. It was cloudy and then stormy last night.

It's dark and gloomy today. Poor DD is supposed to have field day today at school. It's always lots of fun. By taking part in events you earn cookies and popsicles. They said if weather didn't cooperate they would just have class. :(

I need to go get dressed. It's almost time to head 'em up and move 'em out. I'll be back in about an hour to see if I earned any pants. Guess I'm delivering kids without my pants on.

Morning all. Or afternoon, almost for most of you.

The birthday was great, made even better by all my riddle friends, WISH friends, and Dis friends. WHat a group you all are.

I am pondering the riddle, I have to squeeze it in between all the work I have today, which is picking a caterer for the retirement lunch for the 10 people that we are giving an early out to at the end of the month. TOugh, ain't it?

See you all later.
