Late start for me here. Had a late extra innings game last night, but TWINS WIN with a 10th inning two run walk off homer! Heavy rain here again today. I woke up at 4 to hard rain. Now I am about an hour behind, so I'll have to go back and read the riddle posts.

Cyn - we're going to be on Wellesley Island! One of my favorite spots. We're taking up the kayaks too. We're going to be doing some big paddling up there! It is a gorgeous spot! We've got three waterfront sites, basically we have a peninsula all to ourselves. We've got a couple of other families coming up with us...We're really looking forward to it!

The construction project that has our road closed again is really upsetting the wild life around here. Yesterday there was a deer in the driveway when DH left for work, I neary hit a racoon in the driveway in the middle of the day, and this morning a pair of ducks was sitting in the drieveway near our garbage cans. They seriously disturbed the marsh across the road from us, and everything has moved in with us. Even the frogs came to our side!
