Morning all. I'm headed to that 50 myself. . .in 9 months and 26 days. I'm better with that than I was with 30! Or at least for now. And, retirement? Unfortunately for retirement purposes, but fortunately for me I have a nine year old, who will want to go to university. So retirement is just a dream at this time. Now, if I were to win a lottery, I'd have just 3 years, 2 months and 10 days until I could do the deed!

Bernie, feel better soon! You know what they say...a cold will last for 7 days if you treat it, but if you don't it'll take a week!

DH found out yesterday that again, his division is for sale! Last time this happened (2 years ago) it was a real "PAIN", but this time, if he doesn't like things, he can just retire.

Nothing planned for the weekend here ....... it's supposed to be very soggy around here ........actually getting flood warnings due to all the rain expected and the snow it is going to melt ......
think I should rent a few movies and cuddle up on the couch ....

I'll be turning 50 in another 2 1/2 years.
Told DH I am spending my 50th in WDW, with or without him.
If I don't go away, I'll just end up going to work and it'll be a dreary day.

I'm just catching up with the world this morning and hearing about that terrible fire. CNN is reporting 39 confirmed dead. What a tragedy.

Gail - it is nice to see you posting here this morning.

My prayers to the families of those who died and I hope that those who are suffering in hositals are made well again very quickly...

Gail, I heard about the fire on the news this morning. That is so sad My thoughts and prayers are with all affected by the tragedy.

Gina, the thought of riddling four years from now is actually truly a wonderful idea to me! Although I think you are lucky since I am no where near retirement (I haven't been out of college 4 years yet )
