I'm barely awake....late night last evening...out at a cooking demo with wine and a three course meal.....rather out of it this morning......

I am NOT having a good riddlel week! Usually I take a look at the riddle and it pops right out at me. This week, I have to think about it, and when I do that, I confuse myself! Must be my age again! LOL, we were meeting a friend for dinner Friday night at a local steak house. We waited and waited and waited, and a half hour later, he was still not there. We had left our new house at the same time, so we wondered if he had car trouble. DH kept asking if I was sure he knew which steak house we were going to. I said, "yes", because we had stated the name just before leaving the house. Our seating priority came, and we had to tell them our whole party wasn't there yet. Finally, agout 5minutes after they called us, he came in. He had gone to the Outback Steak house instead! When he had waited there for some time he went up to the desk to ask about us. He mentioned,"I know there aren't that many TIMBERLODGE steak houses around. I can't be at the wrong one!" That is when she informed him he was at the WRONG steak house! We had a good laugh at his expense when he arrived 40 minutes late!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! boys!

I'm ready to go to Hawaii! DH and I were just talking about our January 2004 WDW trip. It is nearly time to make that ressie, and we were discussing if we wanted to do that or exchange to Hawaii again! We decided to do WDW and wait another year for Hawaii. I have discovered I enjoy Hawaii more if I don't go as often. Every 3-5 years is about right.

Good morning all! We also have a wind advisory and since it is 34 we might either get freezing rain or snow. As tired as I am of snow, I would prefer that over the rain!!

Gina - it has been a strange few games for the Orange. They got stomped by Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh. Travel to Rtugers and get beat there (RUTGERS???!!!!). Pittsburgh has a chance to become the #1 team in the country as they play us again. We beat them, here in the Dome. Then we take Georgetown!

I can't wait for the Tournament. Definitely the best sporting event of the year, IMO.

You know what would be fun?? I'll set up a room on ESPN's tournament challenge and we riddlers can make our selections there - see who can get the most right!

Good morning riddlers !

Congrats to Syracuse, OK ! I don't know the details, but I heard that they beat Pitt last week as well - what a game that must have been ! I'm afraid UCONN took a huge whooping over the weekend on the men's side .... they have to get it into their heads that in the first 20 minutes of the game they are allowed to score points ! The girls are doing great ... I taped the Duke game and plan on watching it tonight .... I really thought this would be a rebuilding year for them ..... they have played in a lot more closer games though which I have enjoyed .....

I have absolutely no clue today.

I have to take my new vehicle to the body shop today. Someone hit it while it was parked at the mall and took off. Not too much damage, but it's only two weeks old, so I want to get an estimate, and see if I can't get that brand new look back.

CRB - That's really awful. A new car too! It's just wrong that someone would do that and just drive away.

spb - I've heard that Calhoun is going to be out for 3-4 weeks for prostate surgery! Here's hoping all turns out well for him. The UCONN women are on a huge roll! That win over Duke was as big as they get! How could anyone have ranked anyone but UCONN #1??

LOL, Gina! He recently retired, and we have been getting him set up with a computer etc. He is doing e-mail, but I can't get him to even TRY the internet yet! He is another musician, so things come slowly! LOL! He was a band teacher/director for 30+ years in a very large area high school! Technology is NOT his forte!
