Good afternoon everyone!

I had to work in Birmingham today and have just gotten back to my office and computer.

I had my first check up in a long time about 2 weeks ago and was told my cholesterol was waaaaaay too high.

I do not eat seafood of any kind (made it very tough growing up near Mobile), so I may look into the capsules also. Thanks.
