Good morning Bernie and riddle friends! It sounds like I missed a lot by not checking in all weekend. I had the wrong idea on Friday's riddle too. I was looking at the words that were already there! I guess I have too much on my mind these days. PM sent and hoping for pants. They should be snow pants here today!

Good Morning Riddle Buds and Riddle Meister!

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

I have a parent brag this morning ..... hope you don't mind.

DS, 8, swims competitively. Yesterday he swam a meet and scored silver times in the 100 Yd Individual Medley (IM) and 100 yd backstroke. It's a major breakthrough for him! He's pretty young, swims up in age and is often discouraged because of the age difference (at this age bigger and older kids swim faster). Read ALOT of TLC after meets. It was a nice way to spend the morning yesterday.

End of brag.

I have an idea on the riddle today. Probably wrong. I just keep hearing some age old adages when I read it.....we'll see....

it's cookie day here...i am sorting 1000 boxes of girl scout cookies for the girls to pick up tonight. i'll be so glad when they are all gone!
