Prayers for your FIL, Amid. Why do those things always happen this time of year?

We are leaving for WDW 2 weeks from tomorrow, and I haven't even planned the packing yet! That is QUITE unusual for me! I usually have erverything packed a month before we leave!! I did get together with our friend who's DH passed away a month ago to plan our touring together in WDW. She and her adult children arrive on the 3rd and we come on the 7th. They will be staying with us a little while after their reservation ends. My DH has to go down to Miami a coupld of days for work during our vacation, so my friend and I will get to spend some quality time in the parks together.

Good morning everyone! My last day of work for the year I decided to take vacation so that I had to work as little as possible this month My brother and his wife & cat came in yesterday and my aunt & grandmother come in today. A few will stop by my dad's on Christmas so it will be nice to share some time with them. This year the gatherings will be at my dad's house so that means I get to share the joy without having to worry about a perfectly clean house And the best part is that my dad only lives 1/3 mile down the road from me

Amid, I will certianly keep your FIL in my thoughts and prayers. I pray the surgery is sucessful and his recovery is a good one.

Kim, I use Netscape 7 (I think) on occasion because I have trouble with some big picture & music threads and Netscape 7 is more stable on my computer than IE is at times. I haven't had that problem though that you have. I have heard though that some Netscapes do have trouble on the boards.

LOL, be glad to have you, OK! We always have such fun at WDW! I asked DH if he thought he could relax this trip knowing all the work that has to be done around here, and he said it would be no problem! I always laugh when he says that, because he can't leave work alone!

Helenabear, my house is far from spotless but I'm hosting Christmas Eve here. One day. ONE DAY! ONE DAY!!!! I'm under control. I felt immediately better yesterday once I thoroughly washed and waxed (or the modern version of it) the kitchen floor. The house is clean if the kitchen floor is clean. At least, that's how I see it!!!! LOL LOL LOL
