Yesterday's:

While exploring the wilds of Sweden, Wild Man John was captured by hostile wood fairies. Alex, the powerful chief of the fairies told him he could make one final statement which would determine how he would die. If the statement he made was false, he would be boiled in water. If the statement were true, he would be fried in oil. Wild Man John found neither of this options to his liking, so he made a statement that got him out of this seemingly impossible situation.

What is the one statement he could have made?

Wild Man John said: "You will boil me in water." The fairies were faced with a dilemma. If they boil him in water, that would make his statement true, which means he should have been fried in oil. They can only fry him in oil if he makes a true statement, but if they do, it would make his final statement false. The fairies had no way our of their situation so they were forced to set Wild Man John free.

Thanks for the pants, OK! I have done the "nakey dance" all week! Haven't had a lot of time to play here though either.

The Inn looks wonderful, but I am having stomach trouble this morning, so I think I'll just skip the breakfast. I ate at Old Spaghetti Factory last night before the game, and have felt AWFUL ever since!

TWINS finally won again though! They were in a slump after winning the ALCD, but they just needed to get home to the noisy DOME for recharging!

Let's see how the Twins do in the playoffs! Wouldn't it be something to see them move along!! You must be terrifcly excited about that prospect!

Morning...yesterdays riddle was just BAD bernie...really BAD!

ACtually, there are several dejavu scenarios that could take place. This is Ron Gardnhire's first year as a manager...1987 was T.K's first year. We won the ALWest title early in 1987 and didn't win another game until the divisional series...We lost every game after the title was clinched this year until they got back home. It is a possiblilty to have either Atlanta or St. Louis as a World Series apponent. In 1987 we won the WS championship over St. Louis in 7 games and in 1991, we won the WS championship over Atlanta in 7 games. Our record this year is almost exactly what it was in '87. HMMMM I could take either of those scenarios!

My first day to be dressed this week too, thanks OK!

It is busy at school this week. The chrunch is on to have all the IEP's ready to go home. Our board mandates that they have to be updated (or created for new ones) by the 30th day from the start of school. With 54 kids in the school on IEP's, that is alot of paperwork!
