It is bitterly cold here today and I'm running late on this thread...and it's math. My brain doesn't do math in the morning, and I tend to stick to the first grade math that I teach!

Let see...power has been "persnickety" this morning due to the winds, and the 2 inches of ice on EVERYTHING..took DH about 40 minutes to clear off his car this morning....uck.

Bernie, I take offense to the shower curtain this morning....but at least your choice of curtain and the riddle have something in common....lol...

Andrew woke me up at 12:30 last night...he had gotten sick in his room...right over the edge of the top bunk....uck....but he feels fine this morning so I'm tempting fate and sending him to school.....I think he must have had something to eat that didn't agree with him.

Diane - I have an "injured" hand from the weekend too. Been doctoring one of my daughters guinea pigs - who has a fungal infection. Part of the doctoring includes a bath every 3rd day with a medicated shampoo. This little wheeter does NOT like having a bath. She has been really good about it up until yesterday - when she managed to latch on to my left thumb and gave it a good bite and rip. Went pretty deep and YOWEE it hurt!
Hope yours is on the mend soon.

I am NOT ready for a Monday. I need a few days off - as in a week or so. I really do.

It is a beautiful sunny day here today. I haven't been out yet but I think it is about 19ºF. Not too warm. There were some new snow flakes on the deck this morning too.
