When the seasons change, our weather goes a different route! We have been very windy the last two days. I hope my transplanted spirea bushes make it. I have to take a jug of water out to them again today. They are drilling the well this week, but I have no water yet out there.

We had nearly perfect weather over the holiday weekend. It has been a bit windy since, but still nice and warm. It was low 80's yesterday, and should be upper 80's today. I don't like it when it gets hot and humid. I end up staying in the air conditioning then!

The contractor told me yesterday that he and his crew loved all the choices we had made with the house. They first thought the color I chose for the interior stain was strange, but they all love it. They also thought putting a burgandy roof on with dark green window trim was different, but they love that too! I jokingly told him I had good taste!
