Riddle me this - the Wednesday edition!

Good morning all! I've sent a pm and am hoping for pants before I have to go to work.

We had a lovely Canada Day yesterday. We marched in the parade with the Brownsea Base group. This is the Scouting organisation that teaches the kids canoing, kayaking and sailing during the summer. Michael is in his third year and Ginny is in her second year, and this year Len is one of the instructors for the first year kids. I do waterfront duty when I don't have to work. We had a quiet afternoon, and then off to Brownsea for the evening. When it was done, we hung around the park to catch the end of the concert and watch the fireworks.

Since I missed yesterdays RMT, I just wanted to add my vote for Sandi going to France. What an awsome opportunity to go there!

Mickey, If you check in today, I'm glad to hear that your Mom is continuing to improve, and I hope your mouth is all better quickly.

Michael has been saying that he looks like a member of a swim team this week, since we let him shave his head. Good luck to Kara!

Diane, I was thinking about you yesterday during the parade. I saw a woman with red hair with an airdale on a leash watching the parade. Were you in town here yesterday and you didn't let us know?!

The sun is shining now, but there is a threat of those storms passing through later today and tomorrow....HOPEFULLY not Friday - well....there's always the Twilight Zone Marathon to keep one occupied!

I don't think I will get this one today. Takes more brain power than I have available.

My work is quite busy these days also. I don't know if more patients are coming home sooner or there are less people working and then taking vacations but there are more patients than I have time to see.

The weather is calling for storms tonight into tomorrow.

Well, it's official. I just changed my Riddle Con reservation to Marla, so now it is final that I wont be going. Just not enough time this summer. I sure hope some of you remember to think of me while you are there, so I will feel like I am a part of it!

Diane, we will miss you. I think this is the best chance I had of meeting you, with the distance between us. You will just have to schedule some time in any mid-Atlantic dog shows for a mini-DIS meet.
